As the property has unfenced access to the water, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.While the property welcomes pets, it isn't fully fenced and there is a native bird population in the area so pet owners need to keep an eye on their pets at all times.Please be aware the sleepout and upstairs bedroom at this property are accessed externally and the bathroom is inside the main dwelling.Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
